IMOS runs your whole two-sided pipeline on your own infrastructure: inbound enquiries captured, brands already paying creators uncovered, researched outreach sent from your own Google Workspace. Deployed for one agency per niche.
The problem
Influencer marketing agencies grow on operations, and operations is where the work leaks.
An enquiry arrives in someone’s inbox, or as a screenshot in a WhatsApp group, or as a voice note after a call. Someone is meant to log it. Sometimes they do. The brand gets researched properly if the intern has time that week, and gets a generic pitch if they don’t. Follow-ups happen when somebody remembers.
None of this is a discipline problem. It is a throughput problem. Every one of those steps is real work, none of it is billable, and all of it scales linearly with deal volume — so the only lever most agencies have is hiring another coordinator, training them for six weeks, and doing it again when they leave.
The pipeline you can see in your CRM is the pipeline someone had time to type in.
Why IM agencies are different
Most tools in this category are built for talent management: a fixed roster, a media kit per creator, inbound enquiries to sort. That model assumes the creator list is the product and the work is matching brands to it.
An influencer marketing services agency runs a two-sided business, and both sides are active.
On one side you are prospecting brands — finding who is spending, getting to the marketing lead, pitching a campaign before a competitor does. On the other you are sourcing creators for a brief, most of whom are not on your roster and never will be. A campaign you win is assembled, not allocated.
Roster software has nowhere to put half of that. So the prospecting, the research, the outreach and the follow-up fall back into spreadsheets and inboxes — which is exactly the half that decides whether you grow.
IMOS is built for the two-sided version.
What IMOS does
Four modules, live in production today.
Prospect pipeline
Every enquiry — from a connected inbox, a forwarded screenshot, or a voice note — becomes a tracked record with a stage, a contact and a history. When a match is ambiguous, the system asks instead of guessing, so deals never get silently merged or split.
AI drawer
A side drawer on any prospect turns everything you have on that contact into a research brief, then writes an outreach pitch from it — in your agency’s voice. It replaces the research hour, not just the template.
Live prompt management
Every AI prompt is editable from the admin screen and takes effect immediately — no engineer, no deploy. How your outreach sounds is a commercial decision, not a release.
Native authenticated outreach
Mail sends through your own Google Workspace over OAuth — your domain, your deliverability, replies land in your real inbox. Sending identity is locked server-side, and every send is logged against the operator who approved it.
Shipping next — not yet available.
The Intel Engine
Everything above answers enquiries that already arrived. The Intel Engine finds the ones that haven’t.
Its premise: a brand already paying creators has proven intent and budget — a better lead than a fresh funding round. The engine monitors sponsorship activity, funding news and hiring signals across your vertical, resolves each company to a real domain, and scores it with deterministic arithmetic — sponsorship weighted well above funding, not a model’s opinion. AI reads and classifies; it never computes the score.
Leads arrive ranked in your existing pipeline, with the creator who fits and a suggested opening angle already drafted.
Status: built and tested, not yet deployed. It’s the next thing we ship — and when it goes live, it goes to your deployment first.
Built on your own infrastructure
Each deployment is single-tenant. Your instance runs in your own Google Cloud project, against your own database, connected to your own Google Workspace.
Your data is never pooled with another agency’s, because there is no shared store to pool it into. Your prospect list, your rates, your pitch history and your client relationships stay inside infrastructure you own and can audit. If you ever stop working with us, the deployment and its data are already yours.
Access is role-separated: operators work the pipeline, oversight accounts read without being able to write, and every write is attributed.

Who this is for — and who it isn’t
This is for you if
- You are running real deal volume — enough that ops is a named cost, not a side task.
- You want to stop throwing headcount at operations. Most of the manual work that usually requires a team of interns is compressed into decisions a single operator makes just by pressing buttons on UI.
- Someone specifically owns operations. Not the founder, in between everything else.
- You already run a stack. You have a CRM or a system of spreadsheets that works well enough to argue about.
- You are willing to change how the team works. This replaces a process, not a tab.
This is not for you if
- You are pre-revenue or running your first few campaigns. There is nothing here to automate yet, and you would be paying for structure you have not needed.
- You want self-serve software you can evaluate in a trial. IMOS is deployed and configured for you; there is no sign-up.
- You are purely a talent manager with a fixed roster. Roster tools do that job well and cost less.
- Your niche is taken. We only work with one agency per vertical.
One agency per niche. Influencer marketing agencies position by vertical — fashion and beauty, fintech, gaming, D2C. Deploying the same operating advantage to three agencies competing for the same brands makes it worth nothing to any of them. So we take one per niche. That is how we work, stated as a principle: ask us whether yours is open and we will tell you straight.
How it works
Apply.
A short form. Your agency, your niche, your rough deal volume, who owns ops.
Fit call.
We look at how you actually run today and tell you honestly whether this helps. Some agencies get told no.
Deployment — about a week.
We stand up your instance in your Google Cloud project, connect your Workspace, and configure the pipeline and prompts to your process.
Team onboarding.
Your ops people learn it on live deals, not on demo data.
Ongoing iteration.
Prompts and workflow keep changing as you learn what converts. That is expected — the prompt editor exists so most of it does not need us.
FAQ
Who can see our data?
Only you. Your deployment runs in your own Google Cloud project against your own database. Nothing is pooled across agencies and nothing is used to train shared models. We hold oversight access for support, read-only and audited, and you can revoke it.
Can it work the way we already work?
That is the deployment. Stages, business rules and every AI prompt are configured to your process during setup, and you keep editing the prompts yourself afterwards without waiting on us.
Does it really send from our own Google Workspace?
Yes — over OAuth, from your own domain. No third-party SMTP relay and no shared sending domain. Replies come back to the same inbox your team already opens, and your domain reputation stays yours.
How long does deployment take?
About a week from the fit call to your team working live deals in it, assuming someone on your side is available to answer configuration questions.
What happens to our existing CRM?
Usually it stops being where enquiries are typed in and becomes wherever your finance or reporting already lives. We do not force a migration on day one — running both for a few weeks is the normal path, and it is how teams come to trust the pipeline.
Is our niche still open?
Ask. We hold one slot per vertical and we will tell you plainly if yours is gone, rather than selling you something worth less than it should be.
One agency per niche
If you are running real volume and ops is what is capping it, tell us about your agency. We will look at how you work today and tell you whether IMOS is worth your time — including when it isn’t.
An application, not a sign-up. No pricing page, no trial, no credit card.
